About hl thomas, inc.
commercial mechanical experience you can rely on
H.L. Thomas, Inc. is a Western Pennsylvania commercial HVAC and mechanical contractor based in Vanderbilt, Pennsylvania.
We work with general contractors, construction managers, facility owners and organizations on commercial and institutional projects throughout the region.
Our capabilities extend from HVAC and air-handling systems to mechanical construction, equipment replacement, service and repair.
But what we do is only part of who we are.
We believe a good mechanical contractor should make the project easier—not harder.
That means showing up prepared, communicating with the people involved, working safely, finding practical solutions when challenges arise and delivering workmanship we can stand behind.
our approach
Every project is different. Our approach isn't.
Plan the work. Communicate. Work safely. Do it right.
We understand the coordination required on commercial construction projects and the importance of keeping mechanical work aligned with the overall project schedule.
Our team works closely with owners, contractors, engineers, vendors and other trades to keep projects moving from initial planning through installation, startup and completion.
built on relationships
We're proud of the work we perform, but we're equally proud of the relationships built along the way.
Repeat customers and long-standing industry relationships are earned by doing what you say you're going to do and taking care of the customer long after the job begins.
That's the standard we work toward on every H.L. Thomas project.
